  This is a written notification of my anti-spam
policy, and desire not to receive any further email
advertisements from Opt In Freebies, Inc. or any of
it's affiliates.

  This email message is being sent to
support@optinfreebies.com as it is the only email
address made available on your website
(www.optinfreebies.com) and in your domain whois
information.  It is therefore assumed that this is the
only address by which the public may contact Opt In
Freebies, Inc.

  I reside in the State of California, and the mail
servers which I retrieve my email from also reside in
the State of California, therefore anyone who
transmits a message to me through said servers is
subject to section 17538.4 of the California Business
and Professions Code.

  As I have hereby notified you in writing of my
desire to receive no further advertisements from Opt
In Freebies, Inc. or any of it's affiliates, I reserve
the right under section 17538.45(f)(1) of the
California Business and Professions Code to charge a
$50 per message download and processing fee, up to
$25,000 per day for any further advertisements
received.

  This policy is in effect as of August 7, 2002 at
11:00am.

  Please retain a copy of this email message for your
records, as I will be doing the same.
